Lack of reinvestment

We have a tendency to limit a product to its most basic capabilities (MVP). This limits a product’s ability to meet users’ needs and make an impact in the market.

Lack of team knowledge

Limited re-investment into our product led to a knowledge gap between the product’s performance and the team that built it.
