FEELY is a self-initiated self-help magazine that I conceptualized, wrote, designed, and printed in 2017. Rooted in psychological research and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principles, the publication was created to make mental health resources more accessible and engaging for young adults. Through thoughtful art direction and contemporary editorial design, FEELY aims to both support those actively seeking help and gently reach those who may not yet realize they need it.
