What I did
Led end-to-end UX strategy, design, and validation of an agentic marketing vision for GoDaddy’s +Marketing ecosystem to explore how AI could proactively support customers.
- Defined the end-to-end journey of a first-time marketing customer, creating a shared vision that aligned stakeholders across multiple product teams
- Designed and iterated on wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, using Loom walkthroughs and presentations to build alignment and gather feedback throughout the project
- Conducted three rounds of moderated user testing, using participant feedback to refine the experience and validate key assumptions about AI-assisted marketing
- Led a team of two designers, fostering collaboration and providing ongoing feedback to ensure a cohesive and well-validated experience vision
- Synthesized research findings into a final strategic vision and presented recommendations in a cross-functional UX:PM Collaboration Forum
Why it mattered
As GoDaddy expanded its investment in AI-powered marketing tools, there was an opportunity to explore whether customers wanted a more proactive, agent-driven experience that connected Websites + Marketing and Airo Plus.
This project helped validate that the role AI should play in day-to-day marketing workflows.
